Warranty of Materials (Lifetime)

Pavire provides a Transferable Lifetime Guarantee on the structural integrity of all its paving stones. Any materials installed and maintained to our guidelines, and subject to normal wear, that prove defective within ten years from the date of project completion will be replaced at no cost to the customer. This includes both Labor and Material costs. Any product failures that occur AFTER this ten (10) year period may or may not include the cost of labor to replace the affected materials. 

This Lifetime Guarantee does not apply to failures due to poor existing soil conditions, existing structural defects of premises including deterioration of concrete block footings, excessive foundation settling exceeding one inch (1”), splitting, chipping or other breakage caused by impact or abrasion resulting from abnormal use. This Lifetime Guarantee does not apply to stains, including but not limited to oil & paint.

This Lifetime Guarantee does not apply to “reclaimed” or “recycled” products.

Warranty of Workmanship (5 Years)

In the event there is any failure due to poor installation or an installation that does not adhere to the Pavire specifications, Pavire Driveways will repair and/or replace all affected areas at no cost to the customer within a period of five years from the date of project completion. This five-year warranty of workmanship does not apply to any failures due to poor existing soil conditions and/or any existing structural defects of premises. Additionally, Pavire Driveways makes no warranty of any construction against failure due to excessive foundation settlement in excess of 1″, any deterioration of concrete block footings or abnormal surface abuse; deep gouges and snow plow damage.
